Tom never contacts them. Messages go from your own number, and you can edit them first.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Tom works in iMessage or WhatsApp; your connections live on a web page he sends you.

How do I cancel?
On your accounts page. Texting “cancel” won’t change your account, so nothing happens by accident.
Can Tom get things wrong?
